Dr. George "Trae" Metz, III
General Dentist
Dr. Metz was born in Abilene, TX at Dyess Air Force Base. He grew up and went to school in San Antonio and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1989. He then went on to college at TCU in Fort Worth, TX on an ROTC Scholarship. After graduating from TCU he went to dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Metz served as a Captain in the US Army for 3 years at Fort Lewis in Washington State. After completing his service, he remained as a reservist for 7 years, during which he worked in San Antonio as an associate dentist for 2 years before opening his own dental clinic in Bergheim, TX in 2002.
Dr. Metz enjoys hunting and fishing and and spending time with his wife and 4 daughters. He continues looking for more opportunities to challenge himself and learning better treatments for his patients.

Dr. Michael Hoeppner
General Dentist
After growing up in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Dr. Hoeppner received his bachelor's degree from Baylor University. He then attended the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where he earned his dental degree and graduated with honors in 2008.
Dr. Hoeppner is always interested in learning about the latest techniques in dentistry and loves to learn how he can apply them for his patients. He strongly believes that his best role is to serve as an information resource to his patients and help them choose the best treatment for their own situation. He has experience with a multitude of dental treatment options that can help patients of all ages and across multiple disciplines, including cosmetic restorations, implants, and full-mouth rehabilitation through the All-on-Four procedure (permanent dentures in a day).
When out of the office, Dr. Hoeppner enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. He enjoys biking, hiking, and playing sand volleyball, as well as practicing karate with his kids.

Dr. Robert Lemke
Oral Surgeon
Born and raised in San Antonio, Dr. Lemke graduated High School and went on to receive his bachelors degree. He then entered the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where he received his dental degree and his medical degree.
Selected as Texas Super Dentist in Texas Monthly from 2007 through to 2018, Dr. Lemke is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. His dual dental and medical degrees assist him in offering you the best treatment. He has published multiple articles in national journals, written thirteen scientific abstracts on facial surgery, and contributed chapters to two books. Nationally, he has served as contributing editor for Latin Girl magazine, as Medical Director for ICN Pharmaceuticals Glyderm Skin Care, and as National Director of Ritter Implants. He has lectured nationally on subjects including: craniofacial reconstruction, facial cosmetic surgery, trauma and the All on 4 procedure.
Dr. Lemke appreciates seeing the changes in people afforded through cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He currently sits on the Board of the Academy of Osseointegration and is one of few in the world who is a Fellow of the International Team of Implantology.
